NEFBA Workforce Development Center

Auld & White Constructors (AWC) was retained to transform a 45,273 SF former call center into the NEFBA Workforce Development Center, creating a centralized campus for workforce development, apprenticeship training, and industry engagement. The facility includes 11 classrooms, a 300-person auditorium, administrative offices, Builders Care operations, and hands-on training labs for carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical instruction.

AWC completed extensive renovations and reconfiguration to create a purpose-built training center while maintaining an aggressive occupancy schedule. The completed facility consolidates programs previously operating across multiple locations and serves as a regional hub for education, careerdevelopment, and the future of the construction industry.
