Jacksonville Jaguars Business Office

Auld & White Constructors delivered the Jacksonville Jaguars’ new 61,500 SF Class A Business Office within One Tower Court at the Jacksonville Shipyards. Located within the first completed building of the transformative Shipyards redevelopment, the project created a dynamic workplace environment designed to support the organization’s operations while reflecting the Jaguars’ brand and culture.

The buildout transformed unfinished shell space into a highly customized environment featuring executive suites, collaboration areas, conference rooms, locker and shower facilities, wellness spaces, and a multi-level social stair connecting the organization across multiple floors. Designed by kasper architects + associates, the project incorporated premium architectural finishes, custom ceiling clouds, specialty stone installations, demountable partition systems, and large-format imported tile throughout an irregular floorplate requiring exceptional precision and coordination.

Constructed within an active core-and-shell environment, the project demanded extensive coordination of post-tension slab penetrations, overhead MEP systems, evolving building conditions, and a fixed occupancy deadline tied to the Jaguars’ relocation from EverBank Stadium. Through strategic planning, innovative problem-solving, and disciplined execution, AWC successfully delivered a high-performance workplace that supports the organization’s future while contributing to the continued transformation of Jacksonville’s downtown riverfront.
