This program allows recent or soon to be graduates with a degree in Building Construction Management or related field to become Project Managers (PMs) or more. Through AWC’s comprehensive Manager-In-Training Program, Auld & White Constructors will expose you to all facets of the Commercial Construction Industry, so that you can move into a Manager role that best suits your passions and talent.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

FIELD OPERATIONS

• Work with AWC Superintendents to manage project schedules
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
• Quality Control
• Material tracking
• Self-perform work understanding
• Safety
• Payroll

SUPERINTENDENT
The last phase before being promoted to a manager position is running a project as a Superintendent.
AWC has found that future managers who go through the MIT program have a strong foundation and good overall understanding of how all of the different elements of construction work together, so we can build with excellence and serve our clients.
