Did you know that Auld & White Constructors has a top-notch Manager-in-Training Program (also known as Assistant Project Managers – APMs)? This program allows recent or soon to be graduates with a degree in Building Construction Management or related field to become Project Managers (PMs) or more. Through AWC’s comprehensive Manager-In-Training Program, Auld & White Constructors will expose you to all facets of the Commercial Construction Industry, so that you can move into a Manager role that best suits your passions and talent.

The last phase before being promoted to a manager position is running a project as a Superintendent.
