Auld & White Constructors was retained by Hillwood Development Company to construct a 400,000 sq ft new cross-dock distribution warehouse. The facility includes 394,000 sq ft of usable warehouse space, (60) 9ft x 10 ft high sectional metal overhead doors, a 500 sq ft pump room with adjacent electrical panel & transformer area, an 8.42-acre stormwater management pond, a 95,000-gallon fire protection water tank, and 5,000 sq ft of dedicated office space.
