Community First Credit Union – Mandarin Branch

Auld & White Constructors was retained to renovate a space for Community First Credit Union, one of Florida’s largest credit unions. The facility at 11200 San Jose Blvd., Suite 105 was formerly a Pei Wei restaurant. The new 3,122 SF branch serves more than 7,000 members in the Mandarin neighborhood of Jacksonville and offers an upgraded banking experience. It includes traditional drive-thru service and a walk-up ATM, which were unavailable at its previous Mandarin location. Renovations include exterior and interior improvements featuring a contemporary design with an open floor plan, a signature historic mural depicting the community, and advanced digital technologies.
