Auld & White Constructors grow footprint with multi-phase headquarters renovation
Auld & White Constructors is stepping into the future, with a new office for its growing footprint.
In a multi-phase expansion and renovation, AWC updated its existing 26,000-square-foot office and added 10,000 square feet of space.
The project cost approximately $5.95 million and included the creation of a new main entrance as well as an entirely new footprint inside their initial space, with new conference rooms, offices, communal spaces and a courtyard in between the two buildings.
AWC applied for a multi-million dollar building permit in 2024 and enlisted architects at Hoefer Welker in the design of the bright and industrial space.
Now AWC can have a lot more of its growing staff under one roof, with hoteling offices to serve people coming in the field.
“We’ve been blessed to be growing here in Jacksonville and concentrate in Northeast Florida area,” Buck Smoak, director of business development for AWC, said to the Business Journal. “And as new businesses continue to come here, our expectation is we continue to grow like we have over the past seven years now, and this space allows us enough room and also support of the new culture and workplace experience that people expect.”
