Tributary Living Amenity Center

Auld & White Constructors was retained by GreenPointe Communities, a new lakefront amenity center in Yulee, Florida. The project blends two buildings, pool, and amenities to create a lakefront residential social hub set against the natural surroundings. The first building is a luxurious amenity center featuring a resort-style organic pool with a spacious sundeck, a bar with covered patio, and interactive water elements. The second, separate stand-alone building is a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring cardio, strength, and free-weight equipment. Adjacent to the two buildings is an Adventure Zone tot lot for the younger crowd, pickleball courts, and a “Pawsome Park” for the community’s furry friends. The amenity center will serve as the social centerpiece of Tributary Living’s master-planned community.
