About Nathaniel
Nathaniel “Nate” Marty is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Auld & White Constructors. He has been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years. Throughout Nate’s construction career, he has worked as a field engineer, estimator, project manager, pre-construction manager, and division manager.
Nate is a graduate of North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program.
Beyond the jobsite, Nate remains actively engaged in the Jacksonville community, serving on the Board of Trustees for Museum of Science & History and on the Board of Directors for Sulzbacher, supporting initiatives that contribute to the region’s long-term growth.
He is the proud father of five sons and one daughter and an active member of Chets Creek Church (Hodges campus). In his spare time, Nate enjoys home renovation projects, fishing, hiking, playing tennis, and searching for sharks’ teeth along Northeast Florida’s beaches.
