About Courtney

Courtney Rutgens is the Director of Human Resources at Auld & White Constructors. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a Master’s degree in Management, both from the University of Florida. A Jacksonville native, Courtney is also a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional and has been in Human Resources for over 15 years. Before joining Auld & White Constructors, she provided HR support in the retail and medical industries.

Courtney loves the construction industry and is proud to work for a construction firm involved in evolving Northeast Florida’s landscape. She is responsible for all aspects of HR for Auld & White Constructors, including recruitment, benefits administration, talent management and planning, compliance, and HR strategy. Courtney finds it rewarding to contribute to a company that shapes the community she grew up in.

Outside of work, Courtney loves to spend time with her husband, Justin, and their son. She also enjoys watching and supporting our local sports, specifically the Gators and Jaguars football teams.
