Tinseltown Retail Plaza

Auld & White completed two new retail buildings – totaling seven shell spaces – for Triforce Development. Each retail building consists of structural steel framing with metal roof deck and load-bearing concrete block. The work scope also included the build-out of the Class UFC Gym and a patio area between the buildings. Other tenants of the 14,000 sq ft buildings include Senor Loco, Kazu Sushi, Insomnia Cookies and Soupa! Noodle Bar.
