Pablo Hamlet Senior Living Facility

Auld & White Constructors recently completed the renovation and expansion of Pablo Hamlet senior living apartments in Jacksonville Beach. The updates included renovating all 104 units of the existing apartment building constructed in 1980 and its communal spaces, adding two beautiful courtyards, and expanding the facility by adding a two-story t-shaped building with 50 new apartments within the existing campus. The scope included upgrading major systems and making the property ADA compliant/accessible. In addition, all units received new energy star appliances, luxury vinyl tile, countertops, kitchen cabinets, and bathroom vanities. Auld & White Constructors is honored to have helped improve the quality of life for residents of this affordable senior living facility.
