Kenworth of Jacksonville
Auld & White Constructors was retained by Kenworth of Jacksonville, Inc. to construct its new sales and service center northeast of the I-295 and Commonwealth Avenue intersection in West Jacksonville. The world-class facility doubled the size of its parts inventory from its former building and also provided space for its PacLease rental and lease division. The spaces inside the new 56,940 SF facility include 28 bays to service new and used heavy trucks, parts warehouse & mezzanine, sales and corporate offices, conference room, driver’s lounge, service lobby, locker room with showers, and a full-sized, covered truck wash bay. In addition, the interior is adorned with Kenworth branding, polished concrete floors, and a modern industrial aesthetic that rivals none in the area.
