Intuition Ale Works

Auld & White completed building improvements and a tenant buildout for Intuition Ale Work’s new location in Downtown Jacksonville. Project features include a complete brewery system, commercial kitchens on the first and second floors for Black Sheep Restaurant, taproom, private dining/event space, a rooftop bar, garage-style doors to allow guests to enjoy the Florida weather while watching their favorite sports teams, and a sliding to-go window for customers to make purchases for tailgating. Many architectural features were restored to match the original building shell which was constructed in the 1940s.
