Animal Care & Protective Services
Auld & White and Ebert Norman Brady Architects were retained by the City of Jacksonville to complete the design-build of a new animal shelter. This building is the City of Jacksonville’s first LEED Gold certified structure and includes sustainable features such as a cool roof, an energy efficient HVAC system, controlled natural lighting, recycled materials and low-emitting adhesives and paints, low flow plumbing fixtures, and drought tolerant landscaping. 94.7% of the construction waste was diverted from landfills.
