JEA begins $4.3M renovation of Westside service center

JEA received a permit this month to begin a $4.3 million renovation of its Westside Service Center at 6727 Broadway Avenue.
Jacksonville-based Auld & White Constructors LLC is performing the renovation, which will focus on making the facility more storm resilient, upgrading the office space, replacing some of the 1969-era infrastructure, adding a gym, making bathrooms wheelchair accessible and more, Auld & White Business Development Associate Lauren Register told the Business Journal.
