Jaguars Headquarters Construction Approved at Shipyards

The City of Jacksonville issued a permit for an interior build-out across the 63,500 square feet that will cover the second, third and fourth floors at 1 Shipyards Place. It’s one part of one piece of Shad Khan’s Shipyards project puzzle that will include restaurants, redesigned parks with event space and a 170-plus-room, 12-story Four Seasons hotel on the St. Johns riverfront adjacent to EverBank Stadium.
