Campus Towers Ribbon Cutting
Auld & White Constructors recently joined Bishop Frank Madison Reid III from the 11th Episcopal District African Methodist Episcopal (A.M.E.) Church, Councilman Garrett Dennis, and other civic leaders to celebrate the completed exterior and interior renovations of the three buildings at Campus Towers, an elderly affordable housing community.
Featured in the slide show: Bishop Reid – 11th District AME Church, Attorney Craig Gibbs, Pamela Prier – Campus Towers Senior Living, Inc., Darren Smith – Smith Henzy Advisory Group, Mark Bennett – Bank of America, Nathan Marty – Auld White Constructors, Councilman Garrett Dennis, Charee Russell – SPM, LCC, and Campus Towers resident – Carolyn Jackson.
“The orchestrated approach, with Auld & White Constructors and the SPM property management teams, of tenant relocation to existing units while others were being renovated required organization, commitment, and discipline. Despite the pandemic and supply chain challenges, the Auld & White Constructors team was able to deliver the project on time and within budget.“

Located just west of Downtown Jacksonville, the subsidized affordable senior living facility is home to residents 62 and older. The units which include both studio and one-bedroom apartments are equipped with updated refrigerators, ovens, and basic amenities. Additional renovations to the facility included updates to the laundry rooms, mailrooms, corridors, elevators, and property manager’s office/clubhouse. Additionally, a new pavilion was added as a communal gathering place. Despite the challenges of COVID-19 and a number of scope changes, the project was completed on budget and a month earlier than the projected completion date.
For all of the hard work and effort on this project, Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Pamela Prier, Vice President of Campus Towers Senior Living, Inc.
