Autobahn Indoor Speedway adds new barbecue concept to complex

In yet another addition to its growing entertainment complex, Autobahn Indoor Speedway recently opened an 8,300-square-foot barbecue concept – bringing in-house food and alcohol to the complex for the first time.
Victory Lap Social, a fast casual concept inspired by Kansas City barbecue, features a complete menu that includes slow-smoked ribs and pulled pork as well as vegetarian options like a smoked chipotle tofu bowl and jackfruit street tacos.
The build-out for the new restaurant costed approximately $1.5 million. It has approximately 180 seats – including a private banquet area – and employs a staff of about 30, bringing the complex’s total staff up to around 70.
