Auld & White Completes Two Projects for Brooks Rehabilitation

Jacksonville, Fla., January 3, 2014 – Auld & White Constructors, LLC completed several projects during the 4th quarter of 2013.

Auld & White completed two projects for Brooks Rehabilitation – The Assisted Living Facility and The Green House® Residences. The Assisted Living Facility consists of studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units. The Green House® Residences, a memory care facility, offers a home-like setting for its residents. Both facilities are located at Brooks’ Bartram Lakes campus.

Auld & White also completed a new branch for Community First Credit Union. This branch features a new concept using teller towers. Located in Bartram Park, LEED Certification is being sought for this project.

Auld & White completed Moxie Kitchen + Cocktails, a new 2-story restaurant located at The Markets at Town Center, for Chef Tom Gray. The restaurant, which opened in late November, features an open kitchen, private dining rooms and outdoor dining.
