First Major Project Completed AWC completed their first major project, Marywood Retreat & Conference Center in St Johns, FL.

Apprenticeship program established AWC partnered with The Northeast Florida Builders Association to launch our apprenticeship program, which is still going strong 30+ years later.

100th Project Completed AWC completed their 100th project for Vistakon (Johnson & Johnson), their "Maximize" project to efficiently utilize campus space.
1992
Won first Healthcare Project and established Healthcare division AWC established a Healthcare division to cater to the needs of their growing client base.
1993
First company sponsored walk AWC continues to support the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, March of Dimes, and other great causes.
1995
AWC built their new location and moved Due to growth, Auld & White built a new location in the Southpoint Business park area of Jacksonville, FL.

Constructability Reviews AWC begins providing professional constructability services to our clients.

Earned first ABC Award of Excellence Auld & White earned their first ABC Award of Excellence (Eagle).

Interiors Division Established AWC established an interiors division which can deliver solutions ranging from small work orders through full scale interior renovations.
2002
500th Project Completed AWC completed their 500th project for Gate Hospitality, the construction of "The Gate River Club", located in Downtown Jacksonville.
2004
First Nationally Recognized Project Auld & White was recognized nationally by the Associated Builders & Contractors for the Beaches Historical Society project in Jacksonville Beach, FL.
2006
Joined U.S. Green Building Council Auld & White became members of the U.S. Green Building Council and obtained LEED certifications for project management staff.
2007
Established a dedicated Field Productivity position AWC established a full-time Field Productivity position as part of an initiative to fully leverage our self-perform capabilities.
2008
First LEED Certified Project Auld & White completed their first LEED certified project, Community First Credit Union (Beach & Hodges) in Jacksonville, FL.
2010
Integrated Project Management Auld & White invested in a fully integrated project management & accounting software and begins transition to a mobile workforce.
2012
Succession Plan Announced Then-President Ed White and Senior Vice President Steve Auld announced a succession plan transferring executive responsibilities to the next generation of leadership.
2014
Construction IT Consulting Services AWC began offering professional IT Consulting services on projects.
2016
Ranked #1 Tenant Improvement (TI) Contractor AWC was ranked the #1 Tenant Improvement (TI) Contractor by the Jacksonville Business Journal.

AWC Celebrates 30 years of business Auld & White Constructors celebrated 30 years of business by hosting a party for employees, clients, partners, and subcontractors.
2017
NCCER Accredited Assessment Center AWC became a National Center for Construction Education & Research (NCCER) Accredited Assessment Center. NCCER is the leader in construction training, education, workforce development, and accreditation.

Public Sector Established AWC established a new division to better serve clients within the public sector.
