Auld & White Constructors, Baptist Health, JSEB/COJ and SBDC are proud to introduce a Construction Mentorship Program specifically designed for construction subcontractors. This program is focused on preparing subcontractors to safely, compliantly, and effectively perform work within active, occupied healthcare environments. Participants will gain practical, field-level knowledge from experienced industry professionals, with training centered on AHCA compliance, infection control require-ments, life safety protocols, and the unique logistics of working in operational healthcare facilities.
Through in-person classroom workshops, subcontractors will strengthen their understanding of ICRA implementation, Interim Life Safety Measures, regulatory documentation, and inspection readiness, ensuring they are well-equipped for upcoming healthcare construction projects.
Classes are no cost and will be held from 4:30pm – 6:30pm
