I’d like to thank you and the Auld & White team that helped create my latest restaurant. The condition of the building before the remodel was scary at best. Thanks to your team and the design team the scary nature of the project just seemed to disappear. What we thought was impossible Auld & White made possible.

I’m very particular with the design and finishes of my restaurants. The overall look and feel helps compliment my customer’s experience. The finished product is beyond a compliment and an actual reason to come to my latest restaurant. Your team works well with the design team truly collaborating together. The collaboration is evident in the finished product.

I cannot tell you how many compliments we have received from residents and business owners of the Beaches area regarding the outstanding work Auld & White Constructors accomplished on the New Beaches Museum and History Center. As the architects for the new facility, we are extremely appreciative of the high level of quality that you have put into every part of the project. We are especially pleased with the detailed attention to the owner’s need for a low maintenance, salt-air tolerable, storm-resistant building.

The attention to detail and responsiveness of your site team was most impressive. There was no question too large, small or complicated that they did not answer quickly and forthrightly. Auld & White has established an impressive system for tracking project progress. The Auld & White team became supporters of and ingrained themselves into this challenging project. Every major construction project I’d ever heard about or been involved with in the past had its share of near disasters, disagreements, delays, and general harassment - adding to my “joy” at the prospect of working with a construction company to complete the new NFL YET Boys and Girls Club. However, I was too surprised to find that in working with Auld & White this would be different - a two-way street with communication at one end and results at the other.

Weekly meetings throughout the entire process kept staff and board appraised as to construction schedule. Both the Project Manager and the Job Superintendent were always available, often stopping by our office to share information or ask for suggestions.

The extensive constructability review performed identified nearly 350 potential conflicts prior to starting construction. The project you completed for us at WhiteWave Foods, a major addition to our packaging facility, was filled with numerous complexities and challenges. You had to demolish existing buildings which were adjacent to other buildings, tie into the new buildings, repave 90% of the parking lot, add a new plant entrance and adjust to schedule changes that were mandated by our busy production environment. All of this was done without disrupting our manufacturing process. Auld & White pulled this off beyond everyone’s expectations.

We have enjoyed working with everyone at Auld & White. From top to bottom, the degree of professionalism was a welcome change from anything I have experienced in the past. From day one, it was apparent that everyone involved in this project had a high level of knowledge and experience and had our best interests at heart.
