Project ProfileMayo Sleep Center
Auld & White was retained by Mayo Clinic to construct a Sleep Study Center. The 10,500 sq. ft. facility houses eight overnight sleep study rooms. The building is LEED Silver certified by the US Green Building Council (USGBC). Innovative features include highly insulated, sound proof walls to separate sleep areas from study technicians and doctors and an exceptionally efficient HVAC system. The facility utilizes leading edge technology in its mechanical systems through the use of a Daiken mini-split variable refrigerant volume (VRV) system, one of the quietest and most energy-efficient A/C systems available.
