Auld & White was retained by Pulte Homes to construct a new Mediterranean-style amenity center for an upscale active adult community. Exterior features include two pools, skip trowel painted stucco, a clay tile roof with copper round gutters and down spouts, copper cupola and architectural pre-cast balustrade walls. Interior features include natural stone flooring, glass tile, custom carpets, patterned VCT, faux painting, tongue and groove ceilings, a two-way propane fireplace and stained trim.
