New construction of LEED Silver certified bank branch located near the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Hodges Boulevard. This prototype design will be replicated in other locations. LEED features include low-flow plumbing fixtures, tubular skylights to maximize natural light, and drought tolerant landscaping. 78% of construction waste was diverted from landfills.
