Jacksonville’s Downtown Renovation Leader Selected for AT&T Tower

Jacksonville, Fla., January 13, 2012 - Auld & White Constructors, LLC has been selected by El-Ad Florida LLC for the $8.5 million build-out of nine floors at the AT&T Tower, soon to be known as the EverBank Center.  The project will be produced on a 5-month, fast-track schedule.

In addition to tenant improvements, Auld & White was selected for a second project to run concurrently.  This award encompasses building improvements to common areas including elevator lobbies and restroom facilities.  Both projects will be delivered adhering to Auld & White’s sustainable construction practices, supporting El-Ad’s goal of LEED OM certification.  El-Ad Florida, LLC, building owner representative Pam Smith stated “I am delighted Auld & White was selected, we feel in good hands.”
