Auld & White Signs Contract with the State of Florida Department of Management Services
Jacksonville, Fla., July 6, 2010 – Auld & White Constructors has signed a $2.5 M contract with the State of Florida Department of Management Services for the construction of a Technology Training Building at the Daytona Beach Rehabilitation Center for the State of Florida Division of Blind Services. Auld & White and design partner Smith-McCrary Architects will seek LEED certification. Construction is scheduled to begin in late 2010.
Other LEED Projects
To date, Auld & White has completed four (4) LEED certified projects, including the LEED Gold certified City of Jacksonville Animal Care & Protective Services facility. Currently Auld & White is seeking LEED certification on the renovation of UNF’s Founders, completed in May of 2010 and First Federal Bank of Florida in Jasper, Florida, completed in June of 2010.
