Auld & White Constructors Promotes Tim Conlan
Jacksonville, FL – September 30, 2011 — Auld & White Constructors announces the promotion of Tim Conlan, LEED AP BD+C to Division Manager of their Commercial and Industrial divisions. Conlan has managed large-scale construction and renovation projects in Northeast Florida for the past 19 years, including, most recently, the fast-track conversion of 100+ Wells Fargo branches due to the bank’s acquisition of Wachovia. Other notable projects managed by Conlan include the renovation of UNF’s Founders Hall, on track to be LEED Silver certified, the award-winning construction of The Accolade at Fleming Island, and 100+ projects in the commercial, institutional and industrial sectors.
Conlan, a LEED Accredited Professional since 2009, is a Board Member of the ACE Mentor Program of Northeast Florida and a Certified Youth Sports Coach for CAA Soccer and CAA Baseball. Conlan graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction.
