$9 Million Worth of Renovations Expected in Citizens’ EverBank Move

The Jacksonville commercial building firm Auld and White Constructors LLC will be handling construction and renovation for Citizens Property Insurance Corp.’s relocation to the EverBank Center.
The estimated $9 million improvements include upgrades and the reconfiguration of nine floors in the tower at 301 W. Bay Street. The company will start construction immediately. The completed project will be 232,000 square feet, and Citizens expects to occupy the space by fall 2015.
